As individuals, we tend to want to save and invest as much money as possible. In a capitalist system with a semi-market economy, every person is a free agent, and a participant in any way or form. One of the few problems with capitalism, unfortunately, is that good and bad behavior is rewarded, and the good being done by many personal behavior is often punished by the group as a whole. Most-202 Macroeconomics students can explain this paradox of saving money and not spending much enough. I will also do so now.
The crux of the matter is that fuel the U.S. economy. We need dollars are spent and the velocity of money to be quite high.
